I have had several itbandz and it does help my knee while playing tennis. My only complaint is the Velcro looses its grip sooner than it should.
This is a remarkable little band. It gives instant relief. This is exactly what I needed to walk without pain. My knee also feels stable with this band on. I'm not afraid to put my weight on my knee when I have this on. You have to get it in the right spot. Have it as tight as you can. I sit down and bend my knee slightly to open up a space right under the knee cap. I get it lodged in that space, and pull it as tight as I can. Instant relief and support. It's a miracle band!
These are my third set of IT Bandz. I have osteoarthritis of the right inner knee. And I am supposed to wear a unloader brace that fits from mid thigh to mid calf. However, it's not fun to wear at work for 15 hours. It seems that the velcro on the back of these bands, wear out quickly, and then it no longer stays together. I have tried other sleeves, braces, and bands, but none of them work like these. These bands help with the grinding, clicking, and locking or my arthritis. When these bandz velcro gives up, I will buy more!!
I have been using these for 4+ years and am on my 3rd pair. I just wish the velcro would last longer. They keep my knees supported and feeling good over hours of pickleball.
Unfortunately, I should've ordered the smaller one but instead I got the large and I needed a medium. So I'm not sure how well it's going to work since it's a lot larger than The first one I bought.
Most knee braces are a sleeve design that looks substantial but quickly becomes uncomfortable in the back where the joint bends. If you’re overweight this can be difficult to bear. These braces are smaller, more specific and easier to tolerate in the back. I tend to over tighten the Velcro strap but with practice that will be solved. Definitely less knee pain and would recommend purchasing. Also I’d suggest getting two since limping can hurt the other knee.
I love the band very much and alleviates my pain and my knee and I use them daily
I'm 68 years old, weigh 300 lbs, and was told 15 plus years ago I needed knee replacements. Started using itBandz Knee Braces 5 years ago and use them for golf (walking) They work great!
The Bandz have helped me very much. I get the perfect support for my knees.
Not sure when I ordered my last set but I hadn't used in awhile and had that awful bone on bone on my leg again thought I need to find my it bandz. Couldn't find them at first and ordered another type and wore them one day and they were not the same as my it bandz. I am ordering 2 more sets so I have extras and if I go out without mine on I have a set at work. Even though the band is narrow it puts less pressure on my skin than the wider ones you see. Stays where I need it to be. My first set the velcro is not holding as strong but when I wore them before I wore them every day. At first I wear at night even to adjust my knee cap to stay up where it belongs and I don't have pain when getting out of bed and stepping onto the leg.
I like that it fits snug under ur knee altho does not support me in the way I need but a great product
I never thought that a band could ease the pain in my knee, but I was mistaken. I am now able to do some walking that was almost impossible before.
I have used several like knee braces. But these bands are the most amazing product created to help your knees! I can wear them all day and not have them bother me. I love how I can adjust them any way. Thank you so much for coming out with this to help me everyday.

I love my itbandz i had surgery on my knee years ago and as i get older my knee just gives out but my band helps to stabilize my knee so i can work out and even work for 10 hours a day great product
