Size Exchanges and Refunds

Size Exchanges (U.S. Only) within 30 Days of Purchase

It can be tricky to get the right size itBandz for your knees! If you ordered itBandz and need to size up or down, just let us know and we will exchange your current size for the one you need. Please initiate the exchange by going to our return portal to get a pre-paid label for returning the itBandz you have.

Be sure to let us know which size you would like for the exchange. The best way to do this is to include a note in the package with the itBandz you are exchanging. 

Please note, it takes 2 to 4 business days for us to process exchanges once we receive your return. We will mail you the new size as quickly as possible!

Refunds (U.S. Only) within 90 Days of Purchase

We hope that we can help everyone with knee pain. Many of our customers experience immediate pain relief from wearing itBandz but for others it can take longer for the soft tissue surrounding the knee to heal. That’s why we give our customers 90 days to allow time for itBandz to support, stabilize and offload the impact to the knee so that it feels better. Before you move forward with the return, we want to make sure that you are wearing your itBandz correctly with the “bump” facing up and centered below your kneecap like in the picture below. This is the number one reason why customers don’t experience pain relief.

Of course, if itBandz haven’t helped reduce your knee pain then we will happily refund your purchase! Please initiate the refund by going to our return portal to get a pre-paid label for returning the itBandz you have.

Tips for submitting a return request:

  • Please enter your order number as the Exchange or Return Number.
  • If requesting an exchange, please include the new size needed.
  • If requesting a return, please include details on the reason for the return.

The amount refunded is the cost of the itBandz only and does not include any shipping charges that may have been incurred at purchase. Please note it takes 1 to 2 business days for us to process returns. Once processed, you can expect to see a credit back to the card used for purchase within 3-5 business days. Thank you for giving itBandz a try!
